This high-performance FanFold system joins two separate paper webs together, producing stable, high-quality continuous stacks – optionally in high-stack or low-stack mode, easily switchable by key switch.

Thanks to an integrated flexographic printing unit, a powerful gluing station and two transverse and longitudinal perforation stations, the FF840 offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of requirements. The machine processes web widths up to 840 mm at speeds of up to 600 m/min and enables stack heights of up to 1000 mm – ideal for high-volume production.

The Turbo FF840 operates in either single- or double-layer mode without time-consuming changeovers, guaranteeing maximum productivity. Two integrated web edge guides and two web tension controllers ensure exact web guidance and perfect results.
