With the ability to efficiently combine two paper webs and process them into high-quality continuous stacks, the MM840 FanFold opens up new production potential. Whether high-stack or low-stack, switching is conveniently performed by key switch. An integrated flexographic printing unit and a powerful gluing station enable single- or double-layer web processing – with no conversion effort.
Two transverse and two longitudinal perforation stations, precise web tension and web edge controllers, and a linear-meter counter with mark applicator guarantee maximum precision and quality. Thanks to a retrofit based on a Müller Martini 840, the MM840 FanFold combines a robust base design with state-of-the-art technology and excellent cost-effectiveness.
